Account policy
Everyone who purchases Skillhub courses must register for an account. All information must be authentic . Once registered the account is your entity and one will be responsible for all activity in the account. One is not allowed to share account details with any other party. The account owner will be responsible for all actions. if one comes across any unwanted situation please contact the customer support team.
Payments, Credits and Refunds
We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and specific courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period. Discounts codes are relevant for the specific time and price outlined. The Discount price might change after a defined date or time.
Intellectual Property
All contents are owned by skillhub and one is getting the license to only view the content from the Skillhub platform. Skillhub is the licensor of record. Courses are licensed, and not sold. In any way, courses cannot be resold. This license does not give anyone any right to resell the course in any manner, including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course and sharing it with any person, business entity, profit or not for profit platform without our informed written consent.
Skillhub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by Skillhub authorized representative.
We reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, The lifetime access is not applicable to add-on features and services associated with a course, for example, translation captions of courses may be disabled by instructors at any time, and an instructor may decide at any time to no longer provide teaching assistance or Q&A services in association with a course. To be clear, the lifetime access is to the course content but not to the instructor service.

Rules
- Cannot use your account for illegal purposes.
- In communication and support groups one is not allowed to give hints about the answers or share assignments that will help others unfairly in any way.
- Any kind of inappropriate behaviour will lead to a removal of a person from the group.
- Inappropriate behaviour and inability to follow the guideline might lead to the termination of an account.
- Homework, assignments, quizzes or tests. Don’t post or submit anything that is not yours. Also, posting assignments or quiz answers directly on the discussion group is not permitted.
Right to your content
Upon Sharing your content, assignment or comments skillhub will get authority of the content. If required for further enrichment of job opportunities for its members skillhub might circulate to relevant stakeholders and the HR department.
Info
Skillhub offers courses and relevant career guidelines. However, something good for one might not be good for others. As a result, we advise one to evaluate before making a decision and skillhub takes no responsibility for the consequences. Skillhub as a skill development platform provides skill and how the skill is used is up to the user.
When you interact directly with a student or an instructor, you must be careful about the types of personal information that you share. We cannot control what students and instructors do with the information they obtain from other users on the platform. You should not share your email or other personal information about you for your safety.
